TennGreen Director Selected For Prestigious Nashville Leadership Program

TennGreen Land Conservancy’s Associate Director, Alice Hudson Pell, has been selected as one of twenty-six members for the Nashville Emerging Leaders program—the city’s first and most prestigious leadership program of its kind.

Nashville Emerging Leaders (NEL) announced its 2022 Class in late December of 2021. The group includes 26 of Nashville’s top professionals from public, private, and entrepreneurial sectors representing industries including education, healthcare, nonprofit, communications, and more. Regarded as the premier organization dedicated to developing and molding the young emergent leaders in the Nashville community, the NEL program serves as a catalyst to congregate, engage and advance future leaders through personal development, mentorship, and access to senior leadership.

As TennGreen’s first Associate Director, Hudson Pell oversees all advancement efforts, creating strategies for ensuring the continued growth of TennGreen’s fiscal capacity to conserve land and in elevating the organization’s public image and statewide presence. She has a Master’s in Higher Education Administration, Institutional Advancement, from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College, and a Bachelor of Arts from Agnes Scott College. She is an active member of the Junior League of Nashville, Class President for Agnes Scott College, and serves on her neighborhood association’s Planning & Zoning Committee.

“I’m honored to join this group of future leaders and build on the legacy of so many visionaries who came before us and created this incredible community. Working together, we’ll learn more about our current and future needs to be a more holistic citizen.”
