Enrollment is limited and pre-registration is required for all events. All events are subject to cancellation. TennGreen Land Conservancy will communicate event updates or changes to registered guests via email.

Mound Bottom Guided Hike

Join TennGreen and Harpeth River State Park for a guided tour of Mound Bottom State Archaeological Area.
This unique archaeological site, located along the scenic Harpeth River, features 12 earthen mounds constructed by Native peoples during the Mississippian period. TennGreen helped acquire the gateway to Mound Bottom, securing trail access in and out of the property.
We’ll be joined by a park ranger on a 2.5 mile hike to view the ancient mounds and learn the history of one of Middle Tennessee’s most unique historical sites.
