Nichole Hidalgo Jordan

Development Officer

Nichole Hidalgo Jordan is a Development Officer for TennGreen Land Conservancy, helping people who care deeply about Tennessee’s natural places turn their philanthropic support into lasting conservation. She joined TennGreen in 2021 after a career in environmental education, interpretation, and nonprofit development.

A native of Estill Springs, Nichole has deep roots in Tennessee and a lifelong connection to the outdoors. She attended St. Andrews-Sewanee and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, where she earned a degree in Animal Science with a minor in Wildlife and Fisheries. Before joining TennGreen, she worked as an environmental educator and naturalist at several Tennessee parks and served in development at The Webb School in Bell Buckle.

Outside of work, you’ll find Nichole exploring the outdoors with her husband, Brandon, and their three sons, Tate, Miller, and Carter. She’s an avid reader and enjoys spending time on the Gulf Coast.
