Below, you’ll find a map of our completed conservation projects and wins from the last year. Behind every pin on this map is a story: a local landowner who chose conservation, a partnership that made protection possible, and a habitat secured for the wildlife and plants that depend on it. This is what we accomplished together in fiscal year 2025, and we couldn’t be prouder.

• Basin Spring Conservation Easement – Williamson County | 100 acres of significant forest land
• Blackburn Fork Wildlife Management Area Expansion – Jackson County | 82 acres protected with The Conservation Fund, Heritage Conservation Trust Fund, and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
• Chickasaw Bluff Conservation Easement – Tipton County | 308 acres along the Mississippi River.
• Cumberland Trail Expansion – Morgan County | 58 acres protected with The Nature Conservancy and Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation.
• Hatchie Expansion – McNairy and Hardeman Counties | 1,273 acres protected with The Nature Conservancy, The Conservation Fund, Hatchie River Conservancy, Hertiage Conservation Trust Fund, and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
• Mayberry Hollow Conservation Easement Expansion – Hickman County | 9.3 acres within the Duck River.
• Mill Creek Forest Conservation Easement – Putnam County | 106 acres
• Obed Wild & Scenic River Protection – Morgan County | 41 and 19 acres of important bluffline along Clear Creek.
• Rockdale Cedar Glades & Woodlands Conservation Easement – Rutherford County | 50 acres of significant cedar glades.
• Yuchi Refuge Expansion – Rhea County | 170 acres along the Tennessee River. Protected with Heritage Conservation Trust Fund and Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.
• Undisclosed Duck River Tract – Marshall County | 30 acres
• Undisclosed Forested Tract – Franklin County | 550 acres
• Undisclosed Forested Tract – White County | 413 acres of forest and farmland.
